There are just so many things wrong with this story! A 10 year old girl gave birth in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain. Authorities can’t decide whether or not to let her family keep the baby.
Spanish newspapers said the mother is of Romanian origin. The daily Diario de Jerez quoted medical staffers who treated the girl as saying they were told by her mother that giving birth at such a young age is common in their country.
Mother and baby are both doing well. The father of the baby is also underage.
My god, I hope this story is not true. For a 10 year old girl to go through that is tramatizing to say the least.
