Lily Allen has suffered another miscarriage, her rep tells People magazine. Allen was about 6 months pregnant with a baby boy. The baby, due in January, was to be the first child for Allen and her boyfriend Sam Cooper.
“It is with great sadness that we have to confirm that Lily Allen and Sam Cooper have lost their baby. The couple ask that their privacy be respected and that they be left alone at this deeply distressing time. No further comment will be made,” Allen’s rep tells People.
Allen, 25, was dating Chemical Brothers musician Ed Simons when she had a miscarriage in 2008.
6 months is NOT a miscarriage, it is a still birth. I find it appauling that so many are reporting this as a miscarriage!!!! This baby was probably old enough to live if she had given birth already, but obviously something happened and he passed away before being born. While miscarriage and stillbirth are both devastating, this is not a miscarriage.
