Jessica Simpson got a little heated when she spotted her ex-husband Nick Lachey just three tables away at L.A. eatery Red O Oct. 21, with his girlfriend Vanessa Minnillo. Simpson had some things to say to the server:
“‘I hope Vanessa likes her clothes because I bought them for her, since Nick took all my money.’”
Jessica then “got really loud and started drinking margaritas and doing shots of tequila” to deal with her former spouse’s presence.
Looks like Jessica still has some anger bottled up over Nick Lachey.
She may still be angry but I think what she said is probably the truth. She made the majority of the money while they were together and, though I don’t remember if it was published what their divorce settlement was, she likely had to pay him a large amount of money.
