Lindsay Lohan will not serve time in jail for violating her probation last month by failing two court ordered drug tests. Instead, Lohan will remain in treatment at the Betty Ford Center until January 3.
In a hearing Friday, L.A. Superior Court Judge Elden Fox said Lohan, 24, will be subject to random drug tests after she leaves rehab. If Lohan remains drug free until her next hearing on February 25, Judge Fox said she will be converted to unsupervised probation.
“If you can make it, I will convert you to unsupervised probation and you will be able to move on with your life, put the episode, this long episode behind you,” he said.
If Lohan tests positive, she will return to jail. Check out the pictures in the gallery of Lindsay Lohan arriving at the Beverly Hills courthouse to attend her Probation Hearing on October 22, 2010 in Beverly Hills, California.
