Lindsay Lohan has attempted to break out of the Betty Ford Center, where she is currently in rehabilitation, to try and find some Coke, the caffeinated soft-drink kind. Lohan is a known soda fan, and the withdrawals must be setting in as the ‘Mean Girls’ actress tried a desperate run for the nearby Eisenhower Medical Center to try and lay her hands on some soda.
Lohan and a fellow inmate at the Center attempted to sneak out a gate, but the accomplice’s shirt was snagged on a fence while they tried to escape, and foiled their attempt. Lindsay was sent back onto the Center’s grounds, with no caffeine fix.
The Betty Ford Center is known for its strict rules, one of which is a caffeine ban.
Lohan is set to appear yet again in front of a judge in a violation of probation hearing scheduled for the October 22. Lohan was ordered to stay out of bars, wear a SCRAM bracelet and submit to random drug tests while waiting for the hearing. This is her fifth time in rehab.
