The ‘Situation’ got booted last night on Dancing with the Stars. Michael Sorrentino, aka “The Situation,” was sent packing on last night’s results show after several weeks of landing in the bottom 3. This week, Sorrentino’s Argentine tango was described as a “terrible mess” by Len Goodman. He scored just 28 points out of a possible 60 and ended up in the bottom 2 with Bristol Palin.
“You know what, I told myself if I got eliminated today, I put it all on the floor last night. I really hoped [the scores] weren’t fours. But it is what it is, and at the end of the day, someone’s got to go home. This is the fourth round, and if I made it to the fourth round, then I did my best, I guess,” the Jersey Shore star said after his elimination.
“I’m not a dancer, and this is definitely hard,” he added. “On ‘Jersey Shore,’ you get a little keyhole of who I am. On ‘Dancing With the Stars,’ you really get the whole Situation.”
Sorrentino joins Margaret Cho, Michael Bolton and David Hasselhoff in the lineup of this season’s ousted contestants. The remaining contestants are: Jennifer Grey, Brandy, Audrina Patridge, Florence Henderson, Bristol Palin, Kyle Massey, Kurt Warner and Rick Fox.
