Lisa Rinna Got Plastic Surgery to Reduce Upper Lip!

On Aug. 26, 2010 Lisa Rinna got plastic surgery again to reduce the size of her upper lip.

“My lips started to define who I am,” Rinna, 47, tells People Magazine about why she decided to undergo the procedure. “That bothered me.”

Rinna had silicone injected into her upper lip in 1986.

    Is this a before or after photo. If it’s an after photo, she still needs to down size.
