Paris Hilton smiled in her mugshot after she was arrested Friday night on suspicion of felony cocaine possession in Las Vegas.
Hilton and her boyfriend, Cy Waits, were stopped a little before midnight. Waits was booked on charges of DUI.
Paris was released on her own recognizance shortly after her arrest and has hired attourny David Chesnoff.
Her attorney is urging people “not to rush to judgment until all of the facts have been dealt with in a court of law.”
