Jennifer Garner and daughter Violet Affleck were spotted enjoying a horse and carriage ride around Central Park yesterday (August 24).
Jen recently said she makes sure to keep a healthy lifestyle, not just for herself but also to help her daughters form good habits.
“I think if your kids see you exercising they’ll grow up exercising. They’ll assume that it’s always a part of life; if they think it feels good to move your body, they’ll want to do it as they get older.”
