Glee star Jane Lynch recently denied rumors Britney Spears was set to appear on the show, but creator Ryan Murphy says the pop star will “100 percent” make an appearance.
“Britney, I think 100 percent, is going to be on the episode,” Murphy said Tuesday on On-Air with Ryan Seacrest.
The Spears-themed episode will feature the glee club members having “fantasies of how they can be like her.”
“The Britney episode, I’m here to say, is so reverential about her,” Murphy added. “It’s about her music and it’s not about her personal life.”
