Well Lindsay has been released from jail and is now headed to rehab! Lohan left the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, California at 1:35 a.m. Monday after serving 13 days of a 90 day sentence. She was released early for good behavior and overcrowding at the jail.
“She was released at 1:35 a.m. She has been sent directly to her next destination, which is a treatment center. And she will now be under the supervision of the L.A. County probation department. This concludes her custody,” said L.A. Sheriff spokesman Steve Whitmore.
Lohan was set to complete her court-ordered 90 day rehab program at Morningside Recovery in Orange County, California, but Judge Marsha Revel was concerned drugs could be easily passed to her there. Revel approved another undisclosed facility over the weekend.
Lindsay Lohan will reportedly be treated for bipolar disorder and addiction to methamphetamine during her 3-month court ordered rehab. Sources close to the troubled actress says meth is her “drug of choice.”
I really do wish her the best. I hope she is able to get her life together before more time passes her by.
