This is kind of creepy! Britney Murphy’s husband Simon Monjack who passed away two months ago died of the same thing Britney did. His death was caused by acute pneumonia and severe anemia, according to a Los Angeles County coroner spokesman.
“Just like Brittany,” Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter said, referring to actress Brittany Murphy, Monjack’s wife, who died five months earlier.
Some prescription drugs were detected in his system, but not in lethal levels, Winter said.
That is so strange. How does someone become severely anemic and get the same pneumonia as Brittany did? Where they doing or taking something that would cause this? This is just to fishy. No trace of ODing. I don’t know. There is more to this story that anyone knows and Brittanys mom probably knows the secrets.
