Looks like what goes around comes around. New Jersey Housewife, Danielle Staub is being sued by her ex-boyfriend Stephen Zalewski for defamation of character and harassment!
The suit says that in the episode titled “Play at Your Own Risk”, Staub claims that Zalewski had filmed the sex tape without her knowledge or consent.
Zwaleski’s attorney, Nase Naumoski, tells Radar Online exclusively that Staub absolutely knew about the sex tape – and had even filmed parts of it herself!
Additionally, Naumoski says, they have emails & texts messages that show Danielle knew about the tape & was actually all for it!
Zwaleski says that because of Danielle people actual come up to him all the time in public and say he is going to hell. He claims he was totally innocent and how could he stop her from sending him video text messages of her playing with herself. Zalewski goes on to say:
“Basically I want her to stop lying and ruining people’s lives, she’s really out of her mind, there’s something wrong with her. She plays the victim and says everyone is out to get her, but it’s really the other way around.”
Holy Cow, what happened her to her face? She looks like one of those Marionette dolls. She looks so strange.
