Last night on the Real Housewives NJ, sh*t got violent! Jacqueline’s daughter wast of life, Ashley, actually physically attacked Danielle Staub during an argument.
Staub’s lawyer has confirmed that his client is suing the alleged perpetrators of the attack at the Passaic County Superior Court, describing the mindset of the assailants as, “like a gang mentality.”
Staub’s attorney in the case, Paul Giblin, told Hollywood Life, “We are going to use this footage and prepare a case against these women. We are seeking assault and battery charges, defamation of character and punitive damages as well.”
I’m actually all for this, because that Jacqueline chick’s daughter really needs about seventeen kicks in her ass, and maybe this charge will do it.
Is she only now suing the two?! This would have happened at least a few months ago. Danielle is a nut job and I think she deserves every bad thing that comes her way.
