Dean McDermott Released from Hospital

Dean McDermott has been released from a Los Angeles hospital. McDermott returned home to wife Tori Spelling and their two children Liam, 3, and Stella, 2, Tuesday afternoon. The actor was hospitalized last Tuesday after puncturing a lung in a dirt-bike accident.
