Tiffani Thiessen Has a Baby Girl!

Tiffani Thiessen and husband Brady Smith had a daughter Harper Renn Smith, on Tuesday in Los Angeles. The baby weighed in at 8 lbs., 3 oz. This is the couples first child. Congratulations!
