Holly Madison was all smiles as she arrived to watch the premiere episode of “Holly’s World” at Planet Hollywood Resort Hotel Casino on Sunday (June 13).

Hugh Hefner’s ex was joined by her E! show co-stars, Laura Croft, Angel Porrino and Josh Strickland to pose for more pictures.

Taking to her Twitter page Holly tweeted,

“Thank you everyone who came out to the @phvegas premiere of #Hollysworld! I appreciate!”
