In an interview for ABC News’ Nightline airing Monday night, Kim Kardashian along with sisters Khloe and Kourtney and mom Kris Jenner confront the plastic surgery rumors.

“I’m totally not against plastic surgery,” she explains to reporter Cynthia McFadden. “I’ve tried Botox before. That’s the only thing that I’ve done. I’ve never had my nose done,” she clarifies.

Adds her mom Kris: “None of us have had our nose done.”

One Kardashian who did have work done? Big sister Kourtney, 30 admits to implants “I have had breast implants, but it’s so funny ’cause it’s not a secret, I could care less,” said Kourtney. The new mom jokes: “My boobs have like tripled since breastfeeding” baby Mason, 5 months.
