A Los Angeles judge issued a bench warrant for Lindsay Lohan’s arrest Thursday after the actress did not appear in court. Lohan, 23, claims to be stuck at the Cannes Film Festival because she lost her passport.
The judges said Lohan “may have violated her probation.” Bail was set at $100,000. A formal probation hearing will be scheduled later.
Lohan’s father, Michael Lohan, appeared in court and requested she be sentenced to rehab instead of jail.
