Twilight director Catherine Hardwicke says Kellan Lutz and Ashley Greene may be replaced in ‘Breaking Dawn’ if they demand too much of a pay raise.
“Ashley and Kellan have agents, managers, lawyers… you get all of these outside influences telling you you should hold out for this much because you’re such an important part of the franchise,” Hardwicke tells Us magazine.
“It could turn ugly. Do [these actors] deserve more money? Probably they do, on one level. But if everybody make so much money then… it’s complicated. What a mess!” she added.
According to reports, Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner have already negotiated contracts with Summit Entertainment to reprise their roles in ‘Breaking Dawn.’

Give them the money. My gosh, with the money they rake in they can spare it. Also, if you switch actors the movies won’t be the same. People have already associated the charater with the actor, change that now and the movies will take a real hit and not in a good way.
How quickly they forget what happend to the girl who was replaced after the first film
I vote to replace them. The movie will still be fine. They need a smack of reality to show them that while they might be part of the movie, they are replaceable. There’s a difference between negotiating a deal that you deserve and being greedy.
