Miley Cyrus is now officially a homeowner of a $3.4 million house in Toluca Lake. Only two blocks away from the Cyrus family home.
The four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom Spanish estate is located on almost one acre and includes a tennis court, pool, large master suite with his and her marble baths, a spacious living room with a fireplace and a two-bedroom guest house.
Fun fact: Freddie Prinze Jr. was a previous owner.
