Rosie O’Donnell is targeting fall 2011 for the debut of her new talk show – around the same time that Oprah Winfrey will air her final show on The Oprah Winfrey Show.

The comedian, 48, hosted the Emmy-winning Rosie O’Donnell Show for six years before her stint on The View.

Since last fall, O’Donnell has been reaching fans via her daily, two-hour show on Sirius XM Radio called “Rosie Radio.” But she never abandoned TV altogether: In January, she debuted her HBO documentary A Family Is a Family Is a Family: A Rosie O’Donnell Celebration, which highlights different family dynamics.
