Dancing with the Stars pro Mark Ballas tells Us magazine that contestant Kate Gosselin is “standoffish.” Ballas admits he did not find the former Jon and Kate Plus 8 star very friendly the first time they met.
“I’m not the type of person to judge… And I’m not going to be like ‘I don’t like [Kate]…,” says Ballas, who is paired with Shannen Doherty this season. “But, I mean, she’s pretty, you know, standoffish, which is kind of weird. I don’t really know her, but when I met her she wasn’t kind of like, ‘hello’ or anything. I say ‘hey,’ and she was like ‘oh hey.’ I was like, ‘Okay!’”
Gosselin is partnered with Tony Dovolani. Season 10 of DWTS kicks off on March 22.
