"Boston Legal" Actor Dies At 27

An actor who appeared on the TV show “Boston Legal” has been killed in an SUV crash in Wisconsin.

The Iowa County Sheriff’s Department says Justin Mentell was killed when his SUV went down an embankment off Highway 39 near Blanchardville and hit two trees.

The crash was reported around 8:30 a.m. Monday.

The sheriff’s department says the 27-year-old from Waukegan, Ill., wasn’t wearing a seat belt.

Mentell portrayed attorney Garrett Wells on “Boston Legal” from 2005 to 2006. More recently, he was Terrell in the 2009 Disney movie “G-Force.”

Snooki Has Nude Pics Too

Not to be upstaged by someone as classy as JWoww, Snooki apparently has some nude pics and a vid being shopped around.

RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively that nude photos AND video of Snooki are for sale and being shopped to various media outlets. Now Snooki, real name Nicole Polizzi, is featured in self-snapped nude photos and video that are for sale.

Snooki spent the first season of MTV’s surprise hit looking for love (or as she says, Snookin’ for love). Now it appears she’s supplied a self-taken photographic preview of what a potential boyfriend could be seeing.

The stills and video leave nothing to the imagination, as she is wearing only a smile. In one photo she is in her bedroom, on her knees, with one hand on the ground and the other holding the rail of the bed frame. She is looking at the camera with her head tilted slightly. Her spot-it-anywhere fingernail polish is plainly visible. Another shot is too graphic to describe.

I love watching the show, but I think I would actually vomit if I ever saw any of them naked. *Shudders*

Charlize Theron Is Single

Looks like the lovely Charlize Theron is back on the market!

The stunning 5ft 11in South African has told close friends that she decided to split from Irish actor [Stuart Townsend] following a Christmas trip to Mexico and has since stopped wearing the antique ‘commitment ring’ that Townsend gave her as a symbol of their relationship.

A friend of the actress said last night: “Stuart is gutted but Charlize said that she realised during the Mexican holiday that the relationship was over. They had become more like brother and sister than lovers. It was she who ended it.”

“Charlize has remained in their main home in the Hollywood Hills, which is in her name, and he’s moved all his stuff into their Malibu beach home that they own together,” the source said. “They are sorting out their finances at the moment, as they have been together for so long that many of their financial affairs are intertwined. Charlize has never made a big deal of it, but the truth of the matter is that she has been the major breadwinner. She truly loved Stuart but the relationship ran its course. He is heartbroken but she is insisting it is all over.”

"The Situation" Trademark Race

Looks like Mikey should have gotten his sh$t together! He claimed he was trademarking the name about 4,000 times on the show – but looks like somebody beat him to the punch.

Two applications were filed with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in the hopes of sealing the deal on the phrase for use on clothing — however, neither one of the applicants is Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino himself.

One application was filed by a porn company owned by The Situation’s brother, Marc Sorrentino, on December 28. Another app was filed by a corporation called Vadio LLC, and according to TheSmokingGun, the corporation is headed by a guy named Matthew Hunter.

Is anyone surprised that The Situation’s brother owns a porn company? Classic!
