Despite being nominated for two Golden Globes (and probably going to win them) Anna Paquin is actually more excited to be getting her driver’s license.

“I’m oddly more excited about the driver’s license,” Anna, 28, told HollywoodLife.com exclusively at Audi’s pre-GG party Jan. 10 at L.A.’s Sunset Tower Hotel. Added the True Blood actress, who got her vehicular seal of approval two weeks ago, “I’m totally the two-handed driver, and I’m not very good at parallel parking.”

This brings up a point – how the hell do you do it in LA without a car? I actually know 2 people here that don’t have driver’s license and it always boggles my mind how they even manage. Then again, they both are kinda of deadbeats, one of whom plays online poker for a living. Anyhoo – congrats Anna on your driver’s license! (and a golf clap for two Golden Globes).
