Carrie Underwood has nothing nice to say about her ex-boyfriend Tony Romo in a new interview with Esquire magazine. Underwood insists her song Cowboy Casanova is not about her 2007 relationship with the Dallas Cowboys quarterback.
“No, I would never immortalize a guy that did me wrong. I would never give him that much credit,” Underwood says.
After their split in October 27, Underwood said football is what came between her and Romo.
“Point blank, he is about football,” she said. “I don’t know if it’s that I’m not quite his type or whatever, but I don’t think he’s at the point in his life where he would be willing to sacrifice football.”
