David Hasselhoff was found “passed out” in his home in Encino Today.

“Paramedics were called to the (address omitted) in Encino for medical aid,” Los Angeles City Fire Department spokesman Erik Scott told RadarOnline.com exclusively. “Paramedics arrived at approximately 11:51 am and later transported the patient a nearby hospital.”

The Hoff has already been hospitalized twice this past year for alcohol poisoning. There is no information yet as to whether alcohol is involved. I mean, it’s like 99% sure he was passed out wasted, but you have to give it to the guy, he still manages to film “So You Think You Can Dance” like a champ!
