Lisa Rinna was seen enjoying a day at the beach with her husband Harry Hamlin and their kids in Malibu California (July 19). Looks like Lisa may have had some lipo on her tummy. She looks a bit like Tara Reid in these pictures, and we all know Lisa is no virgin to plastic surgery!
