Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are reportedly expecting a baby boy. Friends close to the couple reveal Richie is pregnant with a son and has already begun buying blue accessories for the nursery, which they have painted blue.
“Joel bought water-based paint for the nursery and – surprise, surprise – it’s blue,” says an insider. “Plus, she (Richie) recently ordered some plush animals and infant toys from FAO Schwartz, and everything just happens to be blue.”
Richie and Madden are already parents to 16-month-old daughter Harlow. Richie is due in August.
