Kelly Osbourne, 23, and her 18-year-old model boyfriend Luke Worrall are now open about their engagement. It was Worrall who made it official by releasing the news on his Facebook profile, changing his status to “…engaged to Kelly Osbourne.”
Kelly, 24, has been dating her BMX biker boyfriend, 18, for four months. She has been seen wearing a ring on her engagement finger and recently, she moved in with Worrall. This last weekend, Worrell officially announced his engagement on his Facebook page.

Dating only 4 months and engaged to an 18 year old? Yeah that will last. I do have say this is the best I’ve ever seen her look though.
