Someone needs to yank those thumbs out of those kids’ mouths and stick them in some hot sauce or something. Looks f’n ridiculous.

I agree with the above. But, I blame her parents and their compulsive need to comfort themselves. Once Denise sees how thumb sucking pushes the front teeth out, she will nip that problem in the bud. Hopefully.
