Katy Perry leaving her birthday party/halloween party in West Hollywood. Her friend looks to be some sort of rendition of Amy Winehouse, but I’m not sure what Katy is supposed to be? She kinda looks like a weird version of Jared Leto with a molester moustache. Who knows.
