Wedding Bells? Jessica and Tony?

Jessica Simspon and Tony Romo were spotted in the Dallas Neiman Marcus checking out big diamond engagement rings. They are considering a winter wedding. They are planning to tie the knot well after the end of the NFL season, including the Super Bowl — should the Cowboys make it to the big game in Tampa, Fla.
